FOOTBALL!

This year Jake has been starting for the sophomore football team, and he has been doing great! Last game, he made four touchdowns, and it's so fun to watch him because he is always running the ball and making great catches!

erin, clay, koen, and finnie!

wow, it has been quite some time since we have been able to do a blog, it's been such a crazy busy, yet relaxing summer! but we are back at it now so check it whenever you want!

a few weeks ago we were able to have erin, clay, and the boys visit us is slc for a couple weeks! we had so much fun hanging out with them, sitting in the backyard, jumping on the tramp (koen's favorite), swinging, playing tetherball, eating watermelon (finnie's favorite, he ate 6 pieces at once!!) going out for ice cream, eating wonderful food, and just relaxing with everyone! we also had the chance to go up to bear lake for a few days with them! the tractor was koen's favorite, and he wanted to ride it with grandpa every day! the water was chilly but some of us managed to work up enough courage to get in and try some surfing....(never doing that again!) we went out for shakes, made some delicious food, played football, baseball, rode the four wheelers, watched movies, and just got to spend time with the family which was the best part. 

i only have about 1/10 of the pictures that we took, so i will post some of them now and the rest later! :)
